I have sent back 8 items. Money was refunded back to my account with 3 days. And was told to keep the item... seems ok to me

It does happen. If a vendor's name is listed at the bottom of the listing, you should be able to find their website online through Google or similar search engines. If you are able to find the vendor that way, be careful with your purchases.
They accept Paypal but it is not worth it to buy on this site lots of chinese sellers out to scam people, and tophatter does not screen them, ebay is better priced and offers better protection plan, just read all the questions people ask about refunds and returns.
