No product I've made has even been returned due to my quality of my work

Never accept their lies or their credits... If you stop buying from them, and every customer follows suit, tells their family & friends, and writes poor reviews that Tophatter deserves, perhaps one day, they will be gone from the internet! If the keep feeding the BS on wait times, do whatever you can to get your MONEY back, even if it means you report their lack of original payment as FRAUD! DO NOT SHOP ON TOPHATTER, You can find EVERYTHING they have on others sites, but be aware MOST of the crap they are selling comes from China & the photos are altered to show you something you WON'T be getting. BUYER BEWARE!

I keep complaining about shipment dates, first was told 10 business days, nothing received. Then they told me 25 days, nothing received. Now they say 45 business days... still waiting and still have NOT received anything from two orders placed, but they took my money immediately out of my account. WHERE ARE ALL MY PRODUCTS I PLACED ON TWO ORDERS?

I tried to be nice about having my method of payment returned to my ORIGINAL form of payment & I do NOT want your stupid credits! I will NEVER buy another cheap, poorly made, piece of utter garbage from Tophatter. CHECK EVERY ORDER, NO DELIVERY CONFIRMATION!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM TOPHATTER, THEY CAN'T DELIVER & THEY REFUSE TO RETURN YOUR ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT. NO ONE WANTS THEIR CREDITS FOR THE CRAP THEY SELL!!!!!

NONE listed in my review. I never received their garbage & I refuse their "credits". I want all payments returned to the original payment method!!!

Tophatter will always process refunds for buyers upon receiving a valid tracking number from them indicating that the order has been returned to the seller. Tophatter offers Buyer Protection in the form of a 30-day Easy Return policy that will either: 1.) refund the buyer without return needed, 2.) provide the buyer with a prepaid return label, or 3.) present the buyer with the seller's address to return the item, paying for their own return postage with valid tracking number.
