Shipping and won items not giving them enough profit, to bother to send, top hatter can cancell you for any reason, without notice or explanation, cancell your credit card fast, you will still be able to get refunds should they bother to on your old card,
Banks accept credits to your old card. Or help@tophatter.com for customer service, if they bother to personally answer your questions, they only send you bot spell.
