Thank you for reaching out, John. I'm terribly sorry to hear the seller failed to honor your sale. This is definitely against Tophatter seller guidelines. When a buyer is refunded without prior consent the seller is automatically penalized, so this won't go unnoticed. Again, my apologies for the inconvenience this has caused. Thank you.
