I reset my password and now have lost my order history and all my email cocirmation has vanished as well. How can I get it back?

Hi i pay for a lot of things, and have not received them
I bid $9 on a item and won but when I click on the item in my orders it says buy it now for $99. Do I still get that item for the $9 that I bid?
