They always lie about delivery times (7-14 working days delivery = 40-45 working days delivery), the packaging is cheap (ordered 2 power banks Xiaomi 16000mah, came in a plain brown envelope, one was obviously a fake because it stated an impossible 40000mah on the device and to top all that, it had a cracked up USB-port on arrival) and their customer service is bad, really really bad (I contacted live support to fix a quality issue with my quadcopter, got ignored completely by the Tmart representative for more than 3 hours, even though I kept asking questions). The quality of the items sold is far below what you would expect, even from China - if it arrives in one piece, that is. If you must order directly in China, I'd prefer banggood.com (14 days delivery time) or even Ebay above Tmart any day. The examples stated above are just a fraction of what I've been through with Tmart. I made over 10+ orders from them, so I know what I'm talking about. Don't be fooled by their deals and cheap prices, because you get exactly what you paid for - cherubbish.

You want cheap items? You'll get what you paid for. You want to get hassled if you want to send back defective item? Then go place your order. You want to get aggravated, fuming in desperation, and develop high blood pressure? Then their complaint/ticket service will be there for you. Do you have days and days of back and forth dealing with their complaint/ticket service? You're in the right place. Good luck, it's like playing the roulette!

I would NOT order anything from Tmart!

Too bad you didn't research T-Mart before paying extra for express mail and hoping to contact a real person to resolve the problem. Their prices and selection are great, but their delivery system STINKS. Good luck with getting any help or your 100 dollars back.

Thats one of the issues I had with them as well. I waited 3 EXTRA weeks for my order that was delayed. They ask you to wait "2-3 more weeks" regularly. It was literally at a shipping facility 45 minutes away from the final delivery address yet they were going to ship it to another state then ship it back to the state it was supposed to be delivered to in the first place weeks later. If you bug them enough they will provide you a tracking link that will go to an error page written in Chinese. They are a mess.
