If for some reason the exact listing is unavailable, the seller will work with you in regards to possible other tickets to insure that you can go to the event. However, our seller work their best to insure that they have the most up to date information available to us, so you should not have anything to worry about.

Hi Mathew! We are a secondary ticket market and many of our sellers have access to tickets before they are available to the general public. Our sellers then make these tickets available to our customers!

However, don't worry, because this won't prevent you from going to the event you paid to see. Simply present the tickets as you would if they had your name on them and you will be let in. The only thing that matters on the tickets is the viability of the bar code.

Unfortunately, we at TicketNetwork dont have access to the seat numbers for ticket orders because we are not the direct suppliers of the tickets. The truth is that ticket sellers dont advertise seat numbers on their listings in order to protect their personal privacy and to prevent the double-booking of tickets. The tickets you are provided will be guaranteed together, unless stated differently on the order listing itself.
