Here’s what consumers have asked with answers from TicketNetwork staff and previous consumers.
Hello Karla! When ordering tickets, you will be selecting tickets from the sellers inventory that they have available. If for some reason the exact listing is unavailable, the seller will work with you in regards to possible other tickets to insure that you can go to the event. However, our seller work their best to insure that they have the most up to date information available to us, so you should not have anything to worry about.
Hello Alexandria! Thank you for your question. The name listed on the tickets you've purchased is that of the original purchaser. However, don't worry, because this won't prevent you from going to the event you paid to see. Simply present the tickets as you would if they had your name on them and you will be let in. The only thing that matters on the tickets is the viability of the bar code.
Hello Sanghun! It is indeed true that the tickets posted on our website are guaranteed to be valid for entry. We have licensed and/or registered ticket selling companies who post their tickets for sale on our website. We hold them to a higher standard to ensure customer service quality for the tickets. If you have any further questions, please contact us at customerservice@ticketnetwork.com and we will gladly assist!
Hello Amy! Each show/ticket would have different availability to them, that would also have different delivery dates as well. Without knowing the ticket in question, for which show, we would not be able to provide you with an accurate answer. I would ask that you call us at 1-888-456-8499 and provide us with this information so that we can give you a better idea on when you would be expecting the ticket. No matter what, tickets are guaranteed in time for the event.
Hello Jane! I am sorry about the delay in answering your question. On the naming issue, we at TicketNetwork are a secondary ticket website through which professional ticket-selling companies resell tickets to events. The name listed on the tickets you've purchased is that of the original purchaser. However, don't worry, because this won't prevent you from going to the event. On the pricing issue, we at TicketNetwork don't actually own, price, or ship the tickets you see listed for sale on our website. These sellers price tickets based on their perception of an events popularity and the availability of other tickets. I hope that helps.
Hello Kathy! I am sorry about the delay in answering your question. Unfortunately, we at TicketNetwork dont have access to the seat numbers for ticket orders because we are not the direct suppliers of the tickets. The truth is that ticket sellers dont advertise seat numbers on their listings in order to protect their personal privacy and to prevent the double-booking of tickets. The tickets you are provided will be guaranteed together, unless stated differently on the order listing itself.
