Thank you Nicole, and Jerry for the "warm greetings". It would be better if we explain how these things role within this business. As we are working with sellers worldwide, promoters and licensed ticket sellers we are able to offer tickets also when the box office appears to be sold out. When a customer orders tickets on our website, the order is then filled by the ticket seller who listed them, so basically, we do not hold the actual tickets in hand. As we mentioned before - in some cases the tickets aren't released by the box office or hosting team until closer to event date, sometimes even 48 hours prior to event date. I think the word scam is not appropriate as we never had any order that we failed to fulfill. It would be nice of you to edit your comment Jerry. Have a nice day.

They are a 1/2 scam company. They sell you WAY overpriced tickets as a reseller, but they don't even have them yet. They billed us double the amount and then could not even give us seat numbers. Said they would have them when tickets are delivered in over 3 months! Scam
