We accidentally found this site trying to order from American Express presale. Clearly this company didn't even have tickets yet as they just went on sale. They told us the price and we agreed and then we got a receipt for almost double the price and NO SEATS were even assigned - we got and section and row, but no seats! We were told we would have seats by June which is only 3 months away!. They would not talk to us and said they listened to the tape and we agreed to everything and bought the tickets. Complete and utter fabrication. We are in dispute now with American Express, but just heed this warning and DO NOT use the company! When we called directly after the email came with the over inflated prices, the "manager" said they cannot talk to us until the card posts and they listen to the tape. OMG, this is clearly the practice to try and mislead you into something on tape to hold you to what they somehow say. And... they won't let you hear the tape. Lol Go figure! Remember - THEY DON"T HAVE TICETS WHEN THEY SELL THEM!

It seems that there was a small confusion & we were trying to reach you in order to solve it. Please check your voicemail, left 2 options there for you.

As for your complain, it is important to understand that not always the tickets listed are "in hand" as the productions or teams are waiting with their release, closer to event date.

Having said that - in the last 14 years we never failed to supply any ticket, working hard to achieve good results with happy clients.

Ticketnetonline is the worst website that I have ever worked with. I bought tickets from them July 22,2009 and didn't receive them until November 6,2009. I tried to call multiple times in between this time frame and only got one response. In this response the agent was very rude and actually hung up on me. When I finally did receive the tickets they were the wrong ones and the agent refused to refund my money, calling me a "pain in the $#*!". Mind you, I paid $900 over face value for these tickets and received them 8 days before the event. Terrible customer service.
