I placed 2 orders in November and still have not received them. Now they have on the website if you order by the 2nd you'll receive for Christmas. Then I should have received mine by now. Today is my daughter's last ballet class before the holidays and I don't have a present for her teacher and don't know if it's ever coming. I ordered anot her necklace the same day and I'm putting off seeing my friend because I don't have a gift for her because I waiting for this necklace. This is crazy! I was emailed that they shipped over a week after I ordered them. The orders are 12362 and 12384. This is beyond embarrassing!
