I am very disappointed in this company. i am trying to return a ring and they are not responding except for the same pat answer, what do you want it replaced with? if i had wanted something else i would have ordered it in the first place. i will never order from them again. you can't even get in touch with a real person.

I ordered 2 necklaces. i received one but have not received the ballerina necklace, but both were charged to my account on 11/18/15. please either send the necklace or credit my account. if i do not hear from you i will turn this over to the tv station to find out what is going on. peggy springfield
