I ordered 2 necklaces. I received one but have not received the Ballerina necklace, but both were charged to my account on 11/18/15. Please either send the necklace or credit my account. If I do not hear from you I will turn this over to the TV station to find out what is going on.

Hey Peggy, I can see from the USPS tracking #'s for your order - LS302614716CN and LS308857512CN - that one of your necklaces was delivered on Dec 10th and the other is in NY at the USPS facility and should be delivered within a day or so to you :) You can track your orders here: https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input.
