I am inquiring about a order that was placed on Nov. 15,2015. A week on Nov. 23 I got notification that it had been shipped. But have not heard anything since then. I have not received my item and it has been almost 3 weeks. This was to be a Christmas gift for my daughter and I am wondering if it will even get here in time.

I am also wondering where this business is located since it makes reference that it is able to ship TO the USA.
