They are rip-off artists, selling gold-plated as 14K gold, but we can eat shit, they love us, and please continue to shop with them. and couldn't care less when you discover it.

They are a legitimate company which is managed poorly.

Hudson's Bay is thebay.com but this department store outsources to Third World countries. Their customer service are children that do not know how to handle telephone calls and their products are now made in China. The quality of their product is pretty much the same as Walmart.

Customer service is a complete joke they think they are funny I was told they were to efficient when shipping a package I never received. They say if it's there fault they will refund me but I can reorder it and pay again while I wait for my refund
