Why aren't copyrights to designs treated with respect? The following is sent to you re: a designer who used both Teespring and Amazon to sell his own copyrighted designs on shirts and experienced theft of copyright.
Please note: copyright violations continue-Teespring's name is listed on Amazon and the Amazon buyer is given the impression the shirt is printed by Teespring in Hebron Ky ,yet ....Teespring and Amazon have continued to support this unprofessional behavior despite being the recipients of specific notifications by allowing the shirts with copyright violations to sell...
Amazon continues to offer copyrighted Teespring designs for sale, through Amazon .Amazon is advertising the exact same designs as available through their lower priced vendors, even plagiarizing the bullet points. This is in flagrant violation of copyright law.
To end this travesty I will urge the US copyright office to be notified, also the Federal Trade Commission.
Note: all revenue generated from sales of designs is to be legally paid not to the pirates, but to the designer/copyright owner, who may use all legal methods available to insure all legal and necessary processes to recover monies are followed.

We apologize for any frustration, we do take violations of our intellectual property guidelines very seriously. If a campaign has violated these guidelines, claims can be submitted through the "Report this campaign" link found on each page.
