Why the Dr Dre beat headphones I bought at Xmas are Fake and horrible. Took them in to get fixed and was informed they are knock offs

If I remember correctly, I thought the item was refurbished. That is your first mistake. I never buy anything refurbished. I have purchased many things from Tanga and have not had any problems. They have won me over.

I'm really sorry that happened to you. I have only been dealing with Tanga for a short period of time and haven't had any problems with them to date. I know that when I had any questions they were very quick about getting back to me. Did you contact them to lodge a complaint at the time. It's probably too late now as far as time is concerned but I understand how you feel. We've all gotten bad deals from time to time. I know this doesn't help much but if you feel that strongly just don't deal with them anymore. I don't work for Tanga so that's all the answer I have for you. Respectively, Cat

I never bought that item but if you're not happy, email customer service! They are very willing to stand behind their products and want you to be happy so you will buy from them again! Don't see C/S like that much anymore these days!

If you receive an item that is not as described, missing parts, broken, not working, email Tanga Customer Support Immediately! They may ask for pictures... be ahead of the request and send pictures in your complaint email.
They will either offer to replace it, if still available, or offer a refund.
You have to read the item descriptions carefully... they let you know if the item is not the real thing by describing it as 'inspired by' etc.
Check under the details to see the actual size of the item and if it has been refurbished.
I have ordered many name brand items from Tanga they are usually the higher priced items. To my knowledge they have always been original... not "fakes".
I have purchased some real disappointments from Tanga but I have never failed to receive a refund, for a damaged item, and never had to pay return postage. If your item is not damaged and you want a refund you can pay the postage and return it for a refund.
Last words: It is your responsibility to read the ad copy carefully! I Truly believe Tanga is not out to deceive their customers!

Tanga customer service is non existant. I had to file a complaint with the BBB AND constantly email the company before getting a full refund. It to 5 months! Never purchase from them again!

Like others I have had a few quality issues but always got customer service support with ease. Didn't purchase the headphones you mention so I have nothing to confirm they were uniformly junk.

I cannot vouch for originalities or the conditions of some items at Tanga. I am sure they are properly disclosed if they are refurbished or seconds. If you noticed that a certain item is unbelievably priced, you can ask them first thru email. I saw that item and I didn't buy it.

Um... well, the fact you bought Beats in the first place... did you contact tanga's customer service? I doubt those were fakes- the shop just wanted to sell you new ones. Call 'em or e-mail the CSR's there- I've never had a bad experience with them in many years of buying crap.

I have never had a problem with tanga. My pkgs arrived quickly. I have only ordered t shirts and socks from them so i don't know anything about the other products they sell

I have never had trouble reaching customer service. Or any issue with the quality of their products. I have never purchased Beats headphones.

I can't imagine why Tanga wouldn't have helped at all. I had an issue (my fault)with a speaker that I had bought from them. I called them and they took it right back, refunding me full price w/in 24 hours.
