I have seen awful reviews about selling on swap site. reviews for buying are ok, i have sent in 2 big boxes full of items, they are backed up so as of now, my items are not even posted yet. is there any way i can just request my boxes be sent back to me since they have not unloaded from them yet? according to the rep that emailed me yesterday, they receieved my boxes on may 7. they sent me an email saying they are behind, so it will be an additional 5 to 7 days before they get to my box. they were working on april 29 boxes as of yesterday. how do i go about getting my items back.

Answer:

My box was received March 31st but I'm still unable to view the items to price. When I asked them about 6 weeks ago they said they were back logged 60 days, but it's now past 60 days and the announcement of them not accepting inbound is making me nervous. I'm waiting to hear back from them...

Answer:

If it is listed as "new with tags" -- then yes. But I did order a "My Pal Scout" that was listed new with tags that came with the box but it had been taken apart, opened, and the toy was supposed to be white and green and the white areas had very obvious yellowing... so, if you're looking for brand new things I wouldn't suggest trusting a consignment or used shop unless you could see it in person, although they will refund it if you send the item back to them.

How do you handle wrinkled clothing? is there a preferred way to pack clothing to decreases wrinkling?

Where are the measurements? why are measurements not sown for clothing not shown? i see dimensions and weight but that does not help me to know if it will fit. it would be so very helpful if the waist, hip, inseam and length is known. thanks.
