on 11/7/15If it is listed as "new with tags" -- then yes. But I did order a "My Pal Scout" that was listed new with tags that came with the box but it had been taken apart, opened, and the toy was supposed to be white and green and the white areas had very obvious yellowing... so, if you're looking for brand new things I wouldn't suggest trusting a consignment or used shop unless you could see it in person, although they will refund it if you send the item back to them.
It all Depends if the item was open when swap.com got it then yes it will be open, but all items are always clean ( as far as I got them not sure about other folks) I have always got a good service.
It really depends if it was in it's original packaging or not. If it shows online that it was not in the original packaging it is usually wrapped up in a plastic bagging with the Item number and swap.com om it. However if it is in the packaging as shown online you will. I will add that the shipping company that will deliver it may not handle it very carefully. I have only had one experience that this has happened and luckily enough if was just clothing so it was fine. I will end with, you can't go wrong with this company I love to shop here as well as sale here so have some fun.
It's kinda like buying on Craigslist, except you don't need to drive around and meet up with people or worry about safety or hitting garage sales - it's all online, and everything gets shipped straight to you. You can see a quality grade as well so you have a good idea of what you're getting. Some items are overpriced, some are priced well - just like on Craigslist.
Everything comes as it is shown on the website. So if it doesn't have a package in the picture then it does not come with one.
I believe if a toy has its original package, it is shipped in it. The photos in the site are of the actual items, so if it is in its original package, it with be photographed and shown like that.
