How long does it take to ship? Still waiting. They should hire Amazon delivery. Should be illegal to pay in advance and they take so long to ship. 3 days to deliver should be mandatory. Help

I was charged twice for each box that I sent to SWAP to sell. ($11.90 x 2). Why? Swap recycle all my rejected items (no returns).
Swap, if you're going out of business, please have the decency to tell us.
