Has anyone gotten any of the $20 credits for referring people? Also if so did the people you referred get the 20% discount for their 1st order?

I was charged twice for each box that I sent to SWAP to sell. ($11.90 x 2). Why? Swap recycle all my rejected items (no returns).
Swap, if you're going out of business, please have the decency to tell us.
