Why are so many people not paid when redeeming points?

Answer:

As I understand, Branded surveys blocking customer accounts making it impossible for them to redeem points, in order to maximize the company's profits. This egregious violation of people's rights to be paid for the work they performed. This practice has to be stopped! Further investigation by labor department is needed, and legal procedures should be initiated against the Branded surveys's.

Why cannot i not access to redeem points?

Answer:

I suspect that when this company transitioned from mint vine to branded surveys they incurred high expenses. I propose that they are paying these expenses by not compensating survey takers for their efforts, while still collecting money from the companies whose surveys we take. Financial impropriety which seems to be typical of dishonest corporation practices.

Why has the pay out value changed? what used to be £13.10 voucher but now i only get £7.60.

We update the currency conversion rates from US to UK and US to the Canadian dollar each month, which affects payment amounts for users outside the US.

Rather i refer 6 people or 20 people in a day i still only receive 1 - 3 (50 point) referral bonus registrations. i use to get credit for a lot more of my referrals but i guess somehow my account was limited to how many referrals i can receive credit for. why is this?

There are no referral limits for members on MintVine. Keep in mind your first referral points will appear after their account has gotten approved points.
