As I understand, Branded surveys blocking customer accounts making it impossible for them to redeem points, in order to maximize the company's profits.
This egregious violation of people's rights to be paid for the work they performed.
This practice has to be stopped!
Further investigation by labor department is needed, and legal procedures should be initiated against the Branded surveys's.
