As I understand, Branded surveys blocking customer accounts making it impossible for them to redeem points, in order to maximize the company's profits. This egregious violation of people's rights to be paid for the work they performed. This practice has to be stopped! Further investigation by labor department is needed, and legal procedures should be initiated against the Branded surveys's.
I suspect that when this company transitioned from mint vine to branded surveys they incurred high expenses. I propose that they are paying these expenses by not compensating survey takers for their efforts, while still collecting money from the companies whose surveys we take. Financial impropriety which seems to be typical of dishonest corporation practices.
