Hi Patrick, sublet.com does not own or post the rentals on our website, but acts as a platform to facilitate the rental process. Every landlord will have different criteria for the tenants they hope to have lease their rentals. I can say from experience that many customers have been able to find very understanding landlords, who don't require a credit check. There is even a filter on our rental search pages where you can filter out landlords who would require a credit check! I hope this helps, and good luck in your search.
