Can I get some information regarding your company and how you monitor the sites for short term renting, What are your monthly fees?

Hi Patti,
Could you explain what you mean by monitoring for short term renting? Mostly we expect our users to appropriately put the times their listing is available as a courtesy to the tenants on the website and will contact them if something seems wrong.
Our monthly fees for landlords are $20 for Premium Listing, $20 for Tenant Database per month. Note that these are optional and listings can be free.
Full tenant access costs $15 for 3 months.
