NO! They gave me a run around for MONTHS saying "we have no system to refund your money" It was a MAJOR hassle dealing with these guys and I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM - in fact, I am still seriously considering filing complaints against them -
I have ordered several items from Stylewe and have been very pleased. The quality of the dresses has been excellent and I have no complaints. The sizing can be problematic but I had no issues getting a refund when I had to return one of the dresses I ordered

Do not order from them. Placed an order for 1 dress in 10-20-19. It is now 11-26-19 and still havent received my order. $59+ down the drain.
The sizes are completely off - not made to fit an average American shopper. I ordered a size XL in a dress (I'm usually a size 8). The dress didn't even fit my size 4 daughter. Avoid this place like the plague - it's a total sham.
Yup - you've just experienced the "wonderful" customer service from StyleWe. The same thing happened to me with a return - you cannot get a satisfactory, personal answer and cannot get a return. I am out $150+ and believe me, I'm letting every news outlet, consumer newspaper columnist, Twitter, Facebook and my state's Attorney General know. This is an outrage.
