on 10/31/17Yup - you've just experienced the "wonderful" customer service from StyleWe. The same thing happened to me with a return - you cannot get a satisfactory, personal answer and cannot get a return. I am out $150+ and believe me, I'm letting every news outlet, consumer newspaper columnist, Twitter, Facebook and my state's Attorney General know. This is an outrage.
They have about 12 different fake names of customer service representatives who email you... Alice, Lanny, Maeve, Tia, and many other non-Chinese names. All they do is make excuses and try to sell you more horrible clothes while denying that they received your return.
I created a Facebook page for women to organize against this company if anyone would like to join us.
Could you please email us your order number so that we can check it for you?
