I had put order on May 27 for 2 dresses, one came earrly. Another dress came late on 20th June, I was outoftown and just came now they not take return

What is your American return address
I have placed an order and they have charged me but have received no communication and no merchandise.
I love your styles, however, after reading the reviews, I will not place an order.
All their reviews are 5 star which is impossible and thus seems FAKE. Have anybody posted negative review of a product and it was published?
