I really think that this user Mel D. Works for them, since she/he is the only person over here that is defending them on every post. Stub Hub is one BIG SCAM and that's it. Me and a bunch of other people would never ever deal with this B***S**T "company"...
There is an official site named StubHub.com and there is also another website called StubHub.com that directs you to a different site that rips you off and they have been made awar they are giving the real StubHub.com a poor reputation. If John Goodman is an employee, you are using the bad StubHub.com
They say they are guaranteed. They emailed me several times saying that my tickets were unavailable, but they guaranteed that they would find more. They never did. They just ended up giving me a refund and I missed the event, because it wad sold out.
StubHub is getting really bad feedback that should be written about Stub Center, who is out CA, and do not care if you get your tickets even after you paid them in full. I have alerted StubHub about the poor reviews they are receiving that belong to Stub Center. You should be fine.
Hi Rachael, If you purchase a ticket labeled as Instant Download you will receive your ticket as soon as you order. If you purchase a mobile ticket or electronic download then you will be notified when your ticket is ready. Which would be no later than the date advised when you purchase. It is very rare to not have your ticket prior to the day of event. There are only a select few shows that require ticket delivery day of event.
