Morning, again, scrolling through all the comments below it would seem everyone is having the same issue. Luckily my bank stopped the payment and called me this morning to double check. They have blocked this organisation taking any money from my account. I have a question so if anyone can help that would be great... now that i have stopped the payment what powers do these people have in 'making' me pay the remainder of the 'store credit'? Thanks

My wife applied for a couple loans and storecredit said that she was accepted for 350pounds just give them her bank details mainly the debit card then she wpuld be able to collect from her account. Needless to say money neverwas put in got an email saying she can now use that 350 for in store-catalouge shopping, we still dont know what catalouges to use so my wife has not spent any money and we are getting emails saying that they were unable to collect payment now my question is why do we need to make any payments when not 1 item has been purchased? Next question is they say just shop for anything your needing or simplywould like to have and we have not once ever seen any catalouges that we know that we could shop from, so how do we find these mystery catalouges?

Hi there. Forget entering into ANY correspondance at all with this bogus company. Store-credit are just another name for Sell-Rent- Buyback limited, company num, ber 08376739. They are about to be struck off of the register and dissolved. You have inadvertantly entered into a Continuous Payment Authorisation (CPA) and if you contact your bank, using the phone number on the back of your credit/debit card, they are OBLIGED to fulfill any request to CANCEL these payments. Do it NOW! Good luck
