I phone the bank because they took 75 out my account and when I phoned them to cancel they said they wanted a pic of my passport. Bank got my money back same day and said it sounded like an attempt at identity theft. Cancel ur card and tell the bank to block any transactions from them

Yes. Best thing you can do is check to make sure a direct debit hasn't been set up, and if you gave them your card number cancel your card straight away. Pain in the arse but it's the only way of stopping them taking the money.

If they do take it, get their number from your bank, you'll be entitled to a refund minus 'admin fees'.

Its a scam. I have had my account cancelled because I got the Trading standards people involved. Go the bank or ring them up now and tell them to issue another card.

Sorry to here that. They won't reply back to you only until they notice they can't take the funds from your bank. As cheeky as they are they emailed me saying i still owed an outstanding balance because they wasn't able to take the cash out of my account & still to today not heard from them. Because I went to the bank the next day and stopped them taking payments out and all was good so i'd suggest same asap go see or phone your bank, it's a TOTAL SCAM (without doubt)..
