Hello! You're Stackry parcel forwarding costs do not include additional taxes which will be charged in your country. These costs vary greatly by country and you should check with your local customs office on what the potential costs will be. You can use a site like https://www.dutycalculator.com/ to estimate what your costs will be. Via our Stackry system, it's on you, the customer, to add your own description, quantity, and prices for all your items, which will then be converted into your packages commercial invoice. Thanks

Hello Somasundaram, With every package that arrives into your locker, you will receive an email. You can then wait for other packages to arrive and consolidate, or ship the single package to yourself. Once you proceed through some simple shipping steps you are then able to select from our list of carriers. DHL, Fedex, USPS, etc... Thanks for your question. Every package that enters our facility gets weighed, measured (package dimension), scanned, and then entered into the correct locker. We also collect the senders information. Once the package passes through this phase, yourself "the customer" will get an email stating that your package has arrived.
