Do we get charged customs for our deliveries to Canada? and if so, how can we keep the customs low- do we enter a lower price on the value of the product? also is customs calculated along with the shipping cost as well? or do we have to pay customs when it arrives at our door.

Hello!
You're Stackry parcel forwarding costs do not include additional taxes which will be charged in your country. These costs vary greatly by country and you should check with your local customs office on what the potential costs will be. You can use a site like https://www.dutycalculator.com/ to estimate what your costs will be. Via our Stackry system, it's on you, the customer, to add your own description, quantity, and prices for all your items, which will then be converted into your packages commercial invoice. Thanks
