Answer:

If your rating shows N/A, it means the file was not rated. Unfortunately, not all files are rated and only the system chooses which files to rate. If your earnings show N/A, it means the file was either rejected, expired, or returned. You can see this under the Status column http://prntscr.com/e0f21h If you want your profile looked at, we are available at worker@speechpad.com.

Hi. i have been studying for the basic qualifying test for a few days now and finally worked up the nerve to take the test. unfortunately, i received a score of 90 both times (it says it was auto reviewed). am i only able to take the basic test twice? i don't seem to be able to try again. Answer:

Unfortunately, you only get two attempts before you are asked to return in 3 months to have your test reset. If you can email us at worker@speechpad.com, we should be able to look at your profile.

Hi, im about to take the basic qualification test. is there a way i can control the speed of the audio? can i download the file?

Answer:

Unfortunately for the test you cannot download the audio. However, once qualified, the audio is available to download on the jobs you pick up. You can use the hotkeys to play, FF and rewind on our console.

It's not working now. when i right mouse click into the gdoc comment box and try to record, nothing happens. i've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Hi Maria, if I understand your question right, we do not make recordings through Gdocs but you can record a call through our Record A Call software here https://www.speechpad.com/customer/record_a_call You will have to create an account first if you haven't yet. I have to do a one person audio qualification test and i have read the style guide. there are two audio files on the test. am i supposed to use the time anchor with brackets for the introduction music between the two files? the guide does not specify how you should format the test for the beginning and end. should i use "begin transcript" and "end transcript?" according to guide: "there is no need to notate [music] in general transcription unless it lasts over 15 seconds." the music in the first audio is 12 seconds and there is 34 seconds between the first and beginning of the second file. Yes. i just spent half a day working on the "basic transcription test". i followed the instructions as requested. i had proper use of the possessives of you're, your, and their, there, they're. followed what incomplete instructions on the style guide that pertained to the subject i was asked to transcribe. after all the hard work, not only was i told that i scored under an 85 but also that i was unsubscribed for your site. that's really quite unfair that we don't even see what we scored or given an additional chance.
