It's not working now. When I right mouse click into the GDoc comment box and try to record, nothing happens. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling.

Hi Maria, if I understand your question right, we do not make recordings through Gdocs but you can record a call through our Record A Call software here https://www.speechpad.com/customer/record_a_call You will have to create an account first if you haven't yet.
