Hi, I want to order a photo charm for my daughter's 21st birthday which is on 1st June '17. The charm will be very special as it will be a photo of our little dog Holly who passed away recently. I've been pondering on whether or not to buy from Soufeel UK for a while and after reading the reviews, especially the bad ones I'm not sure I can trust this company to deliver and how effective the customer service is, which in my view makes a company successful as does the quality of their goods.
Please can you give me some reassurance that I can trust you and that if I order my special charm today it will be delivered in time for my daughter's special day?
The timely response to my question will be a telltale sign!

Hi Diane, we really apologize for this impression caused to you. Generally speaking, customized orders may take us about 1-3 working days to make it due to the customization work involved. Once the order is sent out, it will take about 8-10 working days for the order to arrive by regular post or 3-6 working days by express. The real time depends on your choice and your local post office. Thank you for your understanding.
