Customer service is very good and very reliable. I had to put my account on hold at one point. They are always on top of things and there to help you immediately.

I don't know but ask them directly. I lthink you have to read their agreement before signing up. It must have that info. I have been with them so long I can't remember. I did cancel due to a major move but signed back up once my life was settled.

I'd say as long as you cancel your account right away you should be okay. At least 7 days prior to the end of your trial period. Print your notice of cancellation just in case there is any issues. ;) Lee

I can't answer that question, because I have never felt the urge to cancel my subscription, because the things I can do with it are well worth the price of the software.

Yes you can - if you remember to cancel BEFORE your free trial is up. They won't send you a reminder. But if you tend to use it a lot, it's worth it to keep it.
