What does "marked" mean under payment status?

Answer:

The status "Marked" should indicate that there was a hold placed on the funds so they can be collected for the order. Please email us with your order number and we'd be happy to help!

Can you tell me if ju-ti-to360 or em-fxh-3753-690 are made in china? i have purchased stuff from amazon and it was from china.

We're an authorized retailer of the designer items and we're located in the US! Unfortunately we do not have the location of where each garment is manufactured but these styles are created by Jump and Emerald Sundae.

I was just wondering what your return policy is. i'd like to order more than one dress so try them on and return what doesn't fit.

Answer:

We accept returns! You can receive a refund or a store credit for the total value of the item you are returning. You must obtain a return authorization number within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that all items marked "Sale" and "Store Credit Only" can only be returned for store credit and our full policy can be found on our website!

Why doesn't paying by paypal ever work? i've tried it says my payment/credit card is not correct.at least with paypal i feel safe of overcharges.

Answer:

Unfortunately if there is a problem with your payment method via PayPal, you must contact them or your bank to fix this issue. Credit card information such as the expiration date or security code might need to be updated on your PayPal account.

When a dress arrives would depend on the availability of the dress and the shipping option you choose. A dress that states "In Stock: Ships next business day!" when you select the color and size should ship out the next business day and arrive in the shipping time you select! If it states "due to ship" it should ship out on the date provided and then arrive in the shipping time you choose from that date. The international expedited shipping method can take up to 2-7 business days to arrive from when the item ships. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us!
