I was surprised to see so many bad review posted up about this company. actually have had a fairly good experience with them, thank god! took about 7 days for me to receive my shoes but they did keep me informed of the delays. Even if they don't give you a refund you can call your credit card company and tell them to dispute the charge and then you might get your money back, especially if they never shipped a product.
