Hello! This is from the ShoeDazzle team. We know that this question was raised over a year ago, but we would like to address it.

If you placed an order with the VIP Introductory Offer, your account is enrolled in the VIP membership. A $49.95 charge will be generated each month if our members are unable to skip the month. The charge will be converted into VIP Credits that can only be used to make purchases on our website. VIP Credits can be used to purchase any single item priced at up to $80, opt for a curated bundle, or select two items. This credit is available for your use when you are ready to make a purchase. If the credit is unused after a year since it was issued to the account, the credit will expire.

Because you probably took the "VIP" option when you signed up with all the great bonuses! It tells you that they will take out $39.95 per month to put into your account (On Shoe Dazzle) until you find something you want to spend it on. It sits there until you make another purchase. However; if you don't want to do business that way, you can always cancel your VIP immediately. If you simply want to skip a month, go to the "VIP" option in the drop-down menu, and chose the "Skip this Month" option. Its ALL very easy to do, just go into your profile - VIP status and chose your option. Good luck!
