I purchased four items for my husbands bday his bday is July 9th. I made the purchase July 2nd. I purchased the 2 day shipping for $10. So I should be receiving July 5th. When I tracked it, it says July 7th. The customer reps kept telling me not to worry I would get it on the 5th. The 5th comes and I dont get my package I call them back and they refund my $10 shipping. (Havent gotten my money back yet) tonight I track again it changed from July 7th to July 10th. I call them back and at this point Im over it cuz my husbands bday is July 9th and I wish I just went to the mall. They tell me I have to call fedex and tell them to return the package that they cant do it. Their corporate doesnt answer phones. Called fedex and escalated the issue because it went from July 7th to July 10th with no explanation to why it changed and the fedex supervisor says since fanatics sent the package smart post it could take up to 14 business to arrive. This whole thing got me so heated. Fanatics is clearly a scam
