No, if you place your first order, you won't be immediately charged for the VIP Credit. The month following your enrollment in the VIP membership is when the monthly VIP Credits will begin.

If you want the vio price then you must sign up and activate the vip membership which will NOT charge you for anything. Its sinply saying that unless you skip the month between the 1st and the 5th, or cancel your account, youll be charged 39.95 which will go to your account as a credit to spend on something else. My first purchase was 14.94 and I cancelled my membership as soon as I received my order. Customer service had no issues cancelling my membership and I received a confirmation email stating it was cancelled and I was not charged
