You can cancel your VIP membership by reaching out to our Member Services Team via Live Chat or by calling (888) 508-1888. They are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to assist you with your concerns.
You have to call the number on the site. But I believe it's a 24/7 hotline. The call only takes a few minutes.
