can I get a refund for the last 2 months for I have not ordered any shoes and cancle my membership

Hello! This is from the ShoeDazzle team. We know that this question was raised over a year ago, but we would like to address it.

The $49.95 charges are converted into VIP Credits that can be used to make purchases. VIP Credits can be used to purchase any single item priced at up to $80, opt for a curated bundle, or select two items. This credit is available for your use when you are ready to make a purchase. If the credit is unused after a year since it was issued to the account, the credit will expire.

You can cancel your VIP membership by reaching out to our Member Services Team via Live Chat or by calling (888) 508-1888. They are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to assist you with your concerns.
