They do not respond to emails or phone calls. Can't get my money back.
You have to go to their site and click on the email link... they will respond quicker!
I was able to get in contact with someone through their email!
Have you tried sending an email? They were very prompt in responding to all of mine & I sent a few because I didn't understand the rush shipping. They were so kind & helpful. I'd definitely send them another one.
