Hi. i have been waiting for my order and. it's been saying shipped since 25 october. till now nothing has changed and estimated delivery is today

Look to see what logistics company they sent it to. The last order I had went through USPS and I actually received it early. This time it's going to OnTrac and I have yet to receive any update from them. This company has numerous 1 star reviews of people never receiving their package at all.
