I have ordered 3 things from your website and have waited over 3 weeks for it and no one seems to know where my order is i live in the uk and its being shipped to china and then canada can u tell me whats going on and if i do not get my order i will be taking legal action on you as i payed for incurance on it!

Look to see what logistics company they sent it to. The last order I had went through USPS and I actually received it early. This time it's going to OnTrac and I have yet to receive any update from them. This company has numerous 1 star reviews of people never receiving their package at all.
