Hi Markl, sorry but I'm not really sure I understand your question. If you've been using the site and having trouble getting replies you might try improving your profile with a more accurate description about yourself and better photos. As for your second question, perhaps the person in question does not yet feel comfortable revealing their phone number to you and would prefer to keep communication within the safety of the Secret Benefits messaging.
