why cant i DEACTIVATE my account.. they wont let me leave!! hellp!@ lol.. i need help stopping the emails from herb rose. this is stupid

Hi Kathy, if you are having problems please contact our support team as they are always happy to help. The instructions for deactivating your account are the following:

* Login to your account
* Click your profile at the top right of the page (or top left if youre on mobile)
* Click Settings
* Click Deactivate my account (towards the bottom left of the page) and follow the prompts
