Why when I try to schedule a Saturday appointment I'm told they don't do Saturday. Technician said they do have Saturday appointments!

How do I return a duplicate part?
Holy crap I think about all the PTO I could have saved if they would work techs on saturdays I used up 1 day every 2 weeks for literally 8 months!
