We haven't heard from the manager who was supposed to call us about giving us the payment for not being able to fix our cooktop. This is unacceptable

It's not the cooktop it's garbage disposers, it took them one month to get back to me not mentioning the aggravation I went through with calling them to get an answer, so they order one for me and it's not the same one pluse they send a Plummer's, they can't finish the job because they need elctrition, and wend down hill from there try to get some to complete the job good luck no it's been two months
